Originally from Timmins, Ontario, Kelly moved to Ottawa to pursue a career in health care rooted in body awareness and long-term wellness. She graduated from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in 2010 and has been a practicing member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) ever since.
With over 15 years of experience, Kelly has built a reputation as a highly skilled therapist trusted by both everyday clients and world-class athletes. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively with elite powerlifters, bodybuilders, and professional rugby players, as well as clients seeking relief from injury, pain, and the demands of daily life. Known for her depth of knowledge, technical expertise, and results-driven approach, Kelly brings the same level of care to all of her clients, whether they’re competing on the world stage or looking to simply move with less discomfort.
Her treatment style blends traditional massage techniques—such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, stretching, deep tissue, and Swedish massage—with advanced methods informed by the latest research. She emphasizes joint mobility, functional movement, and self-care strategies as key components of lasting results.
Kelly is also the co-founder of Recover RX, where she continues to elevate the standard of massage therapy and sport rehabilitation.
