Hi, I’m Kelly.
I became a massage therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and how the right treatment can help people get back to doing what they love. My path here wasn’t a straight line, but every step reinforced that I enjoy helping people move better, feel stronger, and understand their bodies.
I work with active adults, recreational athletes, and anyone who wants to keep moving without pain getting in the way. Whether you’re lifting weights, playing volleyball, running, cycling, hiking, or simply trying to keep up with everyday life, my goal is to help you recover well, move efficiently, and stay doing the activities that matter to you.
My treatments combine targeted massage therapy with movement-based care when appropriate. I don’t believe massage should just feel good for an hour—I want you to leave with a better understanding of what’s going on, why it happened, and what you can do to keep making progress.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent tension, or looking to perform at your best, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your goals.

This class was created for massage therapists who are eager to expand their skills and learn about the many benefits of incorporating stone therapy into their clinical practice. This course is approved for CE credits with MTAA, CMMOTA, NHPC and CRMTA. Participants will be certified to safely incorporate hot, cold and jade stones into their practice following completion of the class. Non-refundable prepayment of the course is required to hold your spot in class.
