My name is Kelly Swift. I enjoy all things wellness, and all things pregnancy.
In addition to working as an RMT/Doula, I have taken courses in prenatal massage, paediatric massage, dynamic taping, pelvic floor health, comfort measures in labour, and more! The list is always growing. I rent space out of The Willow Studio, and work closely with my other practitioners at the studio to achieve my clients health goals.
I believe that knowledge is power, and make it my goal to ensure you are able to make informed decisions about your health and birth every step of the way.
In my off time, I can be found playing volleyball and eating sushi with colleagues and friends.
