Kelly, a Registered Massage Therapist, channels her passion for aiding others into comprehensive treatments. With a diverse career background, she addresses a range of aches and pains, tailoring holistic healing plans to life’s unique challenges. Her modalities include Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, diaphragmatic breathing, joint play, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, active engagement, basic Thai massage techniques/stretching, and basic foot reflexology techniques. Kelly graduated with distinction in year 1 and honors in year 2 from Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, achieving her dream of becoming an RMT in BC in November 2023.
