Kelsi believes in a treatment that facilitates both a decrease in stress and muscle tension, together allowing the body to feel and move better. She has a further interest in the science of acute and chronic pain and learning how the brain and body can adapt, both positively and negatively to stress in our every day lives. Her treatments consist of many different techniques including myofascial and neuromuscular release, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.
Originally from a small town in Saskatchewan, Kelsi moved to Vancouver in 2016 to pursue her diploma in Registered Massage Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan, giving her a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation.
Now based in the beautiful qathet Region, Kelsi enjoys exploring the outdoors year-round with her Border Collie, Forest 🌲. Whether biking, hiking, trail running, or tending to her garden, she finds inspiration and restoration in nature.
