These appointments are for people experiencing incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pregnancy, postpartum, and pre or post pelvic surgery. Applicable for any gender.

A pessary is an intra-vaginal support device that is fitted specific to a woman's needs whether to reduce pelvic organ prolapse, eliminate stress urinary incontinence, or both. Our physiotherapists are trained to fit pessaries and make recommendations on what is most appropriate for you. Please note, we cannot fit pessaries if you are pregnant.

A 45-minute pessary follow up is required after the initial pessary fitting. The physiotherapist ensures comfort, proper fit, and provides guidance on care and follow-up.

A 75-85 minute fitness assessment that evaluates strength, mobility, cardiovascular health and stability to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and enhance function. Includes personalized recommendations for training, rehabilitation, and long-term physical health.

Complimentary appointment to discuss questions or concerns and determine if physiotherapy is appropriate for you.
