Kendra is a Registered Counselling Therapist-Candidate (RCT-C) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT). She also holds the designation of Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
Kendra offers a compassionate approach that embraces curiosity to collaboratively explore client needs and determine intentions to mindfully guide the therapeutic process. She combines various approaches to tailor each session to the unique individual. Kendra orients to her values and aligns herself to provide quality and individualized support that feels safe, holistic, and attuned.
