I’m a mom of two and a strong believer in the body’s ability to heal when it feels safe and supported. I offer gentle, hands on care for babies, kids, and adults moving through stress, injury, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply feeling off in their body.
My approach is rooted in listening to your story, your symptoms, and what your body is communicating. I work with the nervous system to restore ease, improve movement, and bring the body back into balance.
I created Shift as a place where you and your family can feel safe, respected, and supported. Your body isn’t broken. It’s been doing its best. Let’s give it the space to soften, unwind, and realign.
