Kevin is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has been practicing since 2018 and can assist with treating musculoskeletal related injuries and provide pain relief using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, dynamic stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and joint mobilizations. He has taken additional courses for cupping therapy as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization). He also has experience with sports-related massage, prenatal massage, senior massage, has worked with patients both pre and post surgery as well as with patients who have suffered spinal cord injuries. Kevin integrates his skills and training to optimize your health and to ensure a proper treatment plan is laid out to best aid in your goals.

Instead of the traditional soft tissue manual therapy, these remedial exercise appointments will focus on your biomechanics, strength, flexibility, form among other aspects of your movement. The goal(s) is to help achieve pain free movement, improve posture, balance, and better body awareness by reducing strain which helps prevent future injuries. Together we can build a holistic tool-box of exercises so no areas get overlooked.
