Originally from the East Coast of Canada, Kiana earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University before completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. After relocating to Kelowna, she is proud to bring her passion for neurological and pediatric rehabilitation to the community, with a strong focus on individualized, patient-centred care.
Kiana has advanced training in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), having completed Level C certification, and has additional education in plagiocephaly and torticollis management, autism-informed care, Functional Dry Needling (Level 1), and TheraSuit therapy, NISE (level 1 and 2) She is deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential by tailoring treatment to each child’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
With a love for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, skating, and soccer—often alongside her golden retriever, Holtby—Kiana brings energy, creativity, and play into her therapy sessions. She believes movement and play are powerful tools in rehabilitation, using fun, engaging approaches to help children build strength, coordination, confidence, and independence.
