Kiara sees older kids, teens and adults. She is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and has specialized training in pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Kiara also has a BSc. in Medical Sciences (Brock). She is dedicated to improving a patient’s body posture, mobility, and overall wellness. Kiara's own experiences living with sports injuries equips her with great introspection for helping others in their own healing journeys. When Kiara is not working, she spends her time reading, travelling, and playing outdoors with family.
