Kim has been a member of Core Health Centre since its beginning in the early 1990s. After her graduation from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, a renowned school for Massage located in Ontario, she has consistently worked alongside doctors in Chiropractic and Naturopathic Medicine, both in Ontario and Alberta. Kim also serves as a Member and Examiner for the Board of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta (MTAA). When time permits away from the busy schedule at Core Health Centre, she enjoys traveling and participating in health science courses around the world.

This appointment is for patients new to massage at our clinic.
All first time booked clients with Lily will receive an added 15 minutes for consultation in addition to the 60 minutes massage. Massage services by Lily may include: Swedish Relaxation, Therapeutic massage, Craniosacral or Myofascial release.
Pre-natal massage is a wonderful bonding opportunity for Mother and Baby. Increasing relaxation and helping to reduce stress, massage helps ease the growing pains and bodily transitions as Mother and Baby navigate pregnancy. Please note that Lily does not provide deep tissue massage during pregnancy as it may pose risk to both Mother and Baby. Please ensure you are past your 14th week of gestation prior to your massage appointment. with Lily.
