Kim became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005 after completing a three year program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Kim is passionate about helping her clients heal from injuries, experience less pain, improve functional movements, and feel better overall. She uses Swedish and neuromuscular massage techniques, Myofascial techniques, and joint mobilizations, as well as other methods. She has experience with pregnancy massage, treating children and youth, athletes, older adults, and cancer care. She often incorporates home exercise programs such as stretches and strength exercises. Relaxation massages are also an option. Kim can be seen on the trails in all seasons; running, hiking, and cross country skiing.
