AjouterKim Keller has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist in the the Essex/ Windsor County since 2005.
Kim is a Graduate of Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology, receiving Honours and The Presidents Award here. Just recently she has taken on the job as an Outreach Supervisor for the College as well.
She specializes in therapeutic massage to help her clients progressively reach less and no pain in their daily lives. By educating her clients on self -care , adjusting each massage to the individual client , she works directly with her clients to obtain the best results specific to their own needs.

Kim integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point , Stretching and Myofascial Techniques in her massages.
While firm pressure is her strength, relaxation and comfort are always the ideal goal.
Kim enjoys working with clients to resolve and relieve chronic pain, acute pain, headaches, sinus issues, pregnancy related symptoms, among other issues.
Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two little boys. She has been an active member of Howe Fit since 2016 and enjoys physical activity. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication , Kim has the ideal approach of meeting the specific goals of her clients during their massage.

Indian Head Massage is a type of massage originating from India. It incorporates various techniques, such as acupressure, frictions and soothing effleurage to manipulate the soft tissue of the scalp, head, shoulders and neck. Some benefits include: - stress reduction - increased blood supply - promoted scalp and hair health - reduced muscle tension - relieve of tension headaches - improved general wellness The length of the treatment will dictate the areas being worked on. For an half an hour treatment the scalp will be worked on.

The blend will consist of rosemary, sage, and lavender with either a coconut or sunflower oil base.
