Kim is a Physiotherapist with a clinical focus in women’s health and pediatric physical therapy. As a certified yoga instructor, she combines evidence-based practices of physiotherapy, mindfulness and movement to support healing, restorative strength, and overall well-being.
Kim is passionate about helping women and their young children feel supported and empowered through every phase of life, from birth through to menopause and onward regarding ongoing pelvic health and wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Kim values movement and creativity. You will find her nurturing her creative side in her home studio and spending time in nature with her family and friends.
