Kimberley is a graduate of Pacific Rim College and a licensed acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. She brings a grounded, hands-on approach to her treatments, helping clients feel better, manage stress, and show up more fully in their daily lives. Specializing in cosmetic acupuncture, Gua Sha, cupping therapy, and Tui Na massage, she also incorporates nervous system regulation and Shi Liao as part of her regular practice. Each appointment is tailored to support long-term wellbeing through thoughtful, personalized care. She’s excited to welcome clients into a space where healing feels approachable and supportive. Kimberley’s journey into acupuncture began in high school while navigating chronic back pain. The way acupuncture and Chinese Medicine work to restore internal balance and reflect that balance in daily life resonated deeply. Ten years later, that same philosophy shapes the way she practices today. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Kimberley recharging in nature—biking, hiking, running, and spending time with loved ones and her dog, Goose, or getting creative in a pottery studio. A big believer in movement, nature, and creativity, Kimberley brings those same values into her practice.

Tui Na (pronounced "twee-nah") is a therapeutic form of Chinese medical massage that has been used for thousands of years. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tui Na focuses on restoring balance by stimulating acupressure points, improving the flow of Qi (energy), and enhancing circulation throughout the body. Your session may involve a combination of techniques, including kneading, rolling, pressing, and stretching, to address musculoskeletal tension, pain, or internal imbalances. Tui Na is effective for a wide range of concerns including chronic pain, stress, tension headaches, fatigue, digestive issues, and sports injuries. This service is a blend of both Tui Na and Acupuncture. Unlike relaxation massage, Tui Na is targeted and therapeutic, often performed through clothing or with minimal oil. Each treatment is tailored to your specific health needs and may be combined with other TCM modalities such as cupping or gua sha when appropriate. Ideal For: Muscle stiffness and joint pain Stress, anxiety, and fatigue Sports and repetitive strain injuries Headaches, TMJ, or neck tension Supporting overall wellness and energy balance
