A unique blend of Indie head massage and lymphatic drainage. This 75 min treatment allows for time to specifically address the head, neck, and face. We begin by addressing the lymph nodes and moving stagnant fluid to assist with facial and cranial pressure and the sinuses. We follow up with the traditional indie head massage consisting of reducing fascial restrictions and the tone of the muscles. Combining these treatments is a key way to facilitate healing of many common concerns of the head such as congestion, headaches, TMJ, swollen lymph nodes, and neck pain.

Indie Head massage is based on ancient Ayurvedic medicine. The treatment is split into 2 parts. The first part is done without oil. The face, neck and scalp is treated to reduce connective tissue adhesions. The second part consists of warm coconut oil applied to scalp and face to reduce muscle tension.
