Kimberly is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Medix College in Brampton.

This session is designed for returning patients with 1-2 areas of concern.
Indie Head Massage is based on ancient auryvedic medicine. The treatment is split into 2 parts. The first part is done without oil. The face, neck and scalp are treated to reduce connective tissue adhesions. The second part consists of warm coconut oil being applied to scalp and face to reduce muscle tension. This treatment has many benefits, including improving tissue health, reducing sinus and headache pressure, increasing blood flow and a decrease in stress levels.
