Hi, I’m Kirsten — I'm a holistic health practitioner in Vancouver, B.C. I have over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry as Licensed Esthetician, Spa Therapist, Educator, Sales Representative and Entrepreneur. Most recently, I'm a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where I completed the 3,000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program.
My treatments combine evidence-based clinical techniques with a gentle and holistic approach to healing, helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.
My clinical focus includes:
**Therapeutic relaxation and stress management**
**Injury and post-surgical recovery**
**Women’s health, pregnancy, symptoms of perimenopause and menopause**
**Nervous system regulation for anxiety and burnout**
I'm the owner of Grant Street Wellness, a community-based Massage Therapy and Acupuncture clinic in East Vancouver. As an owner, II am passionate about creating a welcoming space for both patients and practitioners. My work is rooted in connection, collaboration, and accessible, attentive care.
In addition to private practice, I provide Massage Therapy in clinical and hospital settings, including BC Children’s & Women’s Hospital, the BC Cancer Agency, and alongside Indigenous Health programs. I have participated in and supported wellness and healing retreats throughout the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast, and Gulf Islands.
If you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy, or looking to manage stress and improve overall health, my goal is to help you feel supported and grounded in your body.
