Kirsten Wong is a Registered Kinesiologist at Lynn Valley Physiotherapy. She graduated from Capilano University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology concentrating in Exercise Science. She uses an evidence-based approach in active rehab and strongly advocates that exercise is medicine. Kirsten strives to create personalized exercise programs that will help return clients to their full potential by providing progressive exercise programs and tips on fundamental movements. Outside of work, she loves to go to the gym, go out with friends, and play video games.
