**Koji Suzuki** is a Student Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people move with greater ease, recover more effectively, and feel their best through thoughtful, personalized care. As a current Registered Massage Therapy student, he is building a strong foundation in evidence-informed practice while developing the clinical skills to support patients at every stage of their wellness journey.
As a high-performance athlete and captain within the Canadian Ultimate Frisbee community, Koji understands the physical demands that movement places on the body. His experience competing at the national and international level has given him a unique appreciation for injury prevention, recovery, mobility, and the importance of consistent body care—not only for athletes, but for anyone looking to live an active, healthy lifestyle.
Koji's treatment style combines a calm, restorative approach with individualized care. He enjoys helping clients reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, support recovery from physical activity, and find relief from the everyday stresses that can affect how the body feels and functions.
