Komalpreet Kaur (Komal Sandhu) is a skilled and compassionate counsellor based in Surrey, BC. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology, MPhil in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Counselling. She is an RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She is also certified as a CCTP Level 1, trained in trauma-informed, polyvagal, and neurologically-informed approaches. She offers counselling in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
At Move Health & Wellness, Komal provides a safe, culturally sensitive, and strength-based space for clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, panic, low self esteem, conflict and life transitions. She integrates evidence based approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s needs, supporting holistic healing and personal growth.
