Kregg has been a licensed physical therapist in Saskatchewan since 1995. Aside from a short period working in Iceland, he has practiced in Saskatoon throughout his career. He has consistently pursued advanced continuing education, earning several specialized international designations.
In 1998, he achieved the Certified Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE) designation through Matheson & Associates. He remains the only physical therapist in Saskatchewan with this international credential, demonstrating expertise in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations.
In 2000, he attained the international designation of Credentialed McKenzie Therapist (CredMDT) through McKenzie Institute International, specializing in the assessment and treatment of spine and extremity pain.
In 2008, he successfully completed the competency-based Vestibular Therapy Course at Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, Georgia). In 2025, he earned the Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist (AVPT) designation through the University of Pittsburgh.
Kregg maintains a diverse caseload, treating musculoskeletal conditions as well as balance and dizziness disorders. He performs Functional Capacity Evaluations for third-party insurers and serves on multidisciplinary assessment and treatment teams.
He has acted as team therapist for several local and provincial sports teams and has provided venue coverage for sporting events. He has assisted athletes ranging from recreational competitors to professional players in the CFL and NFL with concussion recovery.
In 2021, Kregg received the Award of Merit for Clinical Excellence from the Saskatchewan Physiotherapy Association.
Beyond clinical practice, he has presented at medical conferences, university classes, and workplaces, including international engagements. He has also developed in-person and online educational programs in vestibular therapy available through North 49 and Embodia.
Kregg is a member in good standing with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, including the Sport and Private Practice Divisions. He is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists and is a past member of the Icelandic Physiotherapy Association.

Bottom line is Kregg wants you to have the critical thinking & technical skills you need to optimize your outcomes with vestibular patients.
This session is designed for healthcare providers seeking one-on-one mentoring to deepen their understanding of vestibular therapy and enhance their ability to market these services. You’ll meet with Kregg, a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience, more than 20 of those dedicated to the field of vestibular therapy. Together, you’ll review your goals and explore whether working with him can support your growth in this rewarding field. We’re excited about your journey and would be honoured to be part of it.
