Golf-specific 20 minute follow up appointment for any golfers experiencing pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries, whether they are caused by golf or not, that may be impacting your ability to play. We combine a full physiotherapy evaluation with golf-specific movement analysis to determine the root cause of your symptoms. We use the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to differentiate between mobility and stability issues. Then we implement a physiotherapy plan to treat pain, improve mobility/stability, recover properly, and keep you playing golf long-term. We evaluate mobility, stability, and coordination to connect those findings to common swing issues. We then give you a personalized physiotherapy plan to improve any identified physical limitations to optimize golf-swing efficiency.
