Krista is a true local having been born and raised in the Cowichan Valley. She has honed her skills in Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor through 20 years of practice here serving the local community. Throughout her career, Krista has pursued many avenues of continuing education focusing at various times on small joints of the hands and feet, running mechanics, pelvic health and general orthopedic physiotherapy. She looks forward to serving you and utilizing her knowledge to craft a personal care plan to address your needs.
Outside of the clinic, Krista loves spending time with her husband and two boys, all of whom are nutty about sports and have cultivated in her a deep passion for treatment of athletic injuries. She has a passion for the water and enjoys a great sunrise and time outdoors. Krista has a wonderful circle of friends and family in the South Cowichan region and deeply appreciates her support network.
