Krista was a Nursing Unit Coordinator, and decided to go back to school to work in becoming an RMT.
She graduated in 2018 from Vancouver Career College and has provided her massage therapy services to the local community ever since.
Krista too suffers with chronic pain which she believes has helped her become a better RMT, as she can empathize with patients and support them through the recovery process.

+ tax | Clinical Pilates involves the use of Pilates exercises, but specifically adapted and prescribed for the rehabilitation of injuries and physical problems. This means that your therapist will design your exercise program based on the assessment of your injuries and pain, and they will likely also incorporate other massage therapy treatments along with Pilates exercises.
