Hello.
My name is Krista Young. I have been a practicing RMT for over 12 years.
My focus is on the prevention of repetitive strain and postural issues. I work with my clients to help increase their flexibility and stability; to improve overall wellbeing as well as correcting muscle dysfunction to help optimize movement.
I am experienced in treating overuse injuries, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, tension headaches, tendonitis, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, sports related injuries, post-concussion syndrome and much more.
I work with clients of all ages. I offer prenatal and postpartum massage, intra oral massage for TMJ dysfunction, and cupping.
I am a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario and am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
