Kristan Carvalho graduated from Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program. She is experienced in Deep Tissue Therapy, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and is certified in Cupping Techniques. Kristan is a passionate Massage Therapist who takes pride in developing a professional relationship with each and every one of her clients as well as their specific bodily concerns and needs.
Away from the clinic, Kristan enjoys friends and family time, working on her fitness, and curling up with her two cats. She also highly enjoys travelling, with most of her wanderlust bringing her to Europe. Kristan is also very proud of her Portuguese background, and speaks the language fluently.

Comprehensive Assessment AND Treatment completed. The appointment is designed to understand your injury and concerns and ensure appropriate massage techniques are used to improve your condition. ,Please choose this appointment if you are: 1. A first time patient (and/or) 2. Have a new injury or area of concern (and/or) 3. If your last visit was more than 12 months ago. Please note this appointment is approximately 60 minutes in duration.
30-minute session where parents or caregivers work directly with their babies to learn and practice various infant massage techniques. Allowing enough time for learning, conversation and practice. Although there are professionally trained and certified infant massage therapists, the obvious first choice to massage the baby is the mother, father, grandparent, or guardian.
