Kristen has been a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, after graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and relocating to Calgary that same year. She has always been passionate about supporting others through natural, holistic approaches to health. Her experience spans motor vehicle accident (MVA) recovery, postural conditions, and a wide range of injuries.
Kristen tailors each session to her client’s unique needs, combining attentive listening with practical home care strategies - especially stretching and movement-based exercises. In recent years, she has expanded her practice to include energy healing through Reiki, aiming to help each client experience a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul.
Outside the clinic, Kristen loves to travel and once had the opportunity to work in sunny Australia. She enjoys warm days, lattes, reading, softball, and quality time with friends and family.
