As a certified RAPID Neuro Fascial Reset therapist and therapeutic massage practitioner, I specialize in helping people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies. My hands-on, results-based approach relieves pain, restores mobility, and supports long-term wellness.
Through RAPID, I work directly with the nervous system to release tension and restrictions in the fascia, providing relief from conditions like chronic pain, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, frozen shoulder, and more. I also offer therapeutic massage to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and alleviate muscular stress.

I am most in my element when I’m teaching yoga, nurturing my family, walking my dogs, getting lost in a good book, or simply enjoying the quiet. As an Air sign, I’m drawn to flow, clarity, and calm—qualities I bring into every treatment. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded space where you can feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for.
