Kristen has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015 and has been a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor since 2017. Her love of prenatal and postnatal care comes from her own prenatal and postpartum experience where she noticed a lack of support for moms. From there, she knew she wanted to focus her career on this population. Kristen’s goal is for all of her patients to feel supported and taken care of. Her classes focus on safely building strength and flexibility in the prenatal and postpartum body, while focusing on breath work and the pelvic floor. Her knowledge of the human body helps tailor her classes to the participant’s individual needs.
