Kristen (MSW, RSW) is a psychotherapist specializing in early attachment ruptures, developmental trauma, complex PTSD, relational trauma, single incident trauma, healthcare; military; and first responder related traumas, and other trauma related concerns including recovery from SA. Kristen's practice is informed by her training in Attachment-Focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute and IFS Parts Work through the IFS Institute. She offers specialized AF-EMDR & IFS integration therapy intensives. For new client inquiries: Kristen is scheduling Therapy Intensives only for the fall of 2026.

A complimentary 15-minute phone call with Danielle, Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate), is for both of us to get a sense if we might be a good fit for your therapy. This phone call gives you the opportunity to share a bit about your past experiences with Danielle, and ask any question you may have. Please note: This not a counselling intake assessment. Following this call, you may choose to book a full intake session if you wish to move forward with therapy.
