Kristi is passionate about helping people feel their best and live healthier, more balanced lives. She takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, understanding that everyday stress, emotions, and life demands often show up in the body.
Born and raised in the Okanagan, Kristi began her career as an American Sign Language Interpreter after graduating from Vancouver Community College and Douglas College. Wanting a more hands-on way to support others, she followed her passion for health and wellness and graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2025, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
At Ataraxy, Kristi values building real, meaningful connections with her clients. She takes the time to listen, understand individual goals, and tailor each treatment to each person. By combining hands-on care with education and home-care tips, she helps support recovery, prevent injury, and create lasting results. With a friendly, down-to-earth approach, Kristi is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where you feel supported every step of the way.
