AjouterI have been a Registered Psychotherapist since 2017, but I have worked with children, individuals and families since 2007. My career has lead me to a multitude of settings giving me the opportunity to support people with varying concerns in a variety of age groups.
I have a strength based approach that combines compassion and empathy with evidence based interventions. I use CBT and DBT informed practices in sessions to support growth and skills building. I pride myself on providing exceptional care, and partner with patients to create a therapeutic alliance that allows for optimal outcomes.
When I am not in the office I can be found walking my golden doodle Gracie, playing softball or taking a class or a course.
