Kristin has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002. Prior to relocating to Kelowna in 2007, she worked alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists in a multidisciplinary clinical setting in Thunder Bay, Ontario. During this time, Kristin saw firsthand the benefits of an integrated, collaborative approach to patient care and believes that treatment diversification is key to maximizing recovery and achieving optimal health.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Kristin has extensive hands-on expertise treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and stress-related tension. Her strong understanding of a wide range of sports enhances her ability to assess biomechanics, identify injury patterns, and support effective rehabilitation.
Outside the treatment room, Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors in the Okanagan with her family and friends and being an active part of the West Kelowna community. She believes that movement, connection, and a good sense of humour are essential to overall wellness.
