She has pursued extensive post-graduate training and has completed certifications in pelvic health physiotherapy, Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI), and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Outside of her professional practice, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband, twin children, and their dog. She is active in strength training and various cardiovascular activities and enjoys being outdoors, particularly gardening and spending time at the lake. Kristina was a competitive rhythmic gymnast and volleyball player in her youth and now contributes to the sport by helping coach her daughter’s club volleyball team. She also has a strong interest in injury prevention for young athletes.
