Your session may include: acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and treatment plan follow ups. These sessions are generally for 1 condition requiring subsequent visits following a treatment plan.

Your session may include: acupuncture, cupping, tui-na massage, herbal prescriptions and nutritional + lifestyle guidance.

Continue your treatment plan with a full acupuncture session. This extended visit allows time to incorporate additional bodywork techniques to support concerns such as pain, injury, or deeper relaxation. Therapies may include cupping, gua sha, tui-na massage, fascial work, or acupressure, depending on your needs that day.

After reviewing your health history forms, your initial session will include an intake, assessment, and treatment. From there, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. Please note that specialty services require their own dedicated Initial appointment to allow adequate time for assessment and care.

All clients receive a TCM treatment determined after the intake along with the facial protocol. These sessions are complimented with all-natural facial products.

This in-depth first visit allows us to fully understand your story, your cycle, and your fertility goals. We take time to review menstrual history, past pregnancies or losses, lab results, and any fertility clinic protocols you may be navigating. From both a Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine lens, we assess your overall constitution, stress resilience, and hormonal patterns. Your appointment includes acupuncture treatment and individualized recommendations for herbs, nutrition, and next steps. This visit lays the foundation for a thoughtful, personalized fertility care plan.

Mandatory initial booking for ages 2 - 14 yrs. This session includes intake and treatment which is determined at time of visit. Parent(s) are required to be present.

Follow up session for children between ages 2 - 16 years old. Must be accompanied by an adult. Sessions may range 30 - 45min based on needs.
