Kristina is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a Massage Therapy Diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. She holds certifications in Essentrics, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
With over eight years of experience as a Fascial Stretch Therapist, Kristina specializes in improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and restoring functional movement. Her background as a Bootcamp Instructor at Ridley College (2014–2023) and an Essentrics Instructor since 2014 has enabled her to support clients in enhancing strength, flexibility, and posture.
Kristina integrates thorough assessments and takes into account each client’s health history and personal goals to develop personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of issues rather than merely treating symptoms. She combines her technical expertise with a compassionate approach, supporting long-term wellness and empowering clients to maintain their progress with customized home care strategies. Her goal is to deliver lasting results that extend beyond the treatment room and into her clients' daily lives.
