Hi, I’m Kristina, a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac). I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and supporting overall balance and function. I take a personalized approach with every treatment, adjusting each session to what you need that day, whether that’s pain relief, recovery, or just ongoing support to keep you feeling your best.
I work with a wide range of concerns, with a focus on facial acupuncture and musculoskeletal issues like neck and shoulder tension, headaches, sciatica, pain, and mobility restrictions. Whether discomfort is affecting how you move, feel, or show up in daily life, my goal is to help you find relief and support lasting improvement.
Outside the clinic, I love staying active through tennis, strength training, and hiking. My own connection to movement and physical health continues to shape how I understand the body and influences the way I approach treatment.
