I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2022, after graduating from Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program in London, Ontario. I am passionate about helping people feel their best, and I customize each treatment to meet your individual needs and concerns.
While I often incorporate Swedish massage techniques, I am also trained in dry cupping and Indian head massage. My goal is to provide treatments that are both therapeutic and relaxing, helping to relieve pain and tension so you can feel your best and get back to doing what you love.

30 minute massages are not recommended for first visit's as the assessment and treatment may feel rushed due to the short duration. We would suggest focusing on one area of discomfort, also due to the short duration.
