Releases cranial and structural imbalances & releases pain and fascial tension by balancing the cavity diaphragms and cranial/spinal system promoting release in the flow of the bodies systems.

A Himalayan salt stone massage is a unique therapy that uses warm, smooth, hand-carved salt stones to provide a deep relaxation and detoxification experience. The stones, rich in 84 minerals, are heated and glided over the body with the therapist's hands or placed on specific points to help relax muscles, improve circulation, exfoliate skin, and balance the body's energy. The heat from the stones, along with the minerals absorbed through the skin, can help reduce inflammation, soothe pain, and leave the skin feeling revitalized.

Indian Head Massage is focused on the scalp, head, ears, neck, upper chest and upper back. This treatment is to stimulate blood flow and nerve reaction to eventually relieve tenderness, tension and pain. Proven to relieve neck tension, headaches/migraines, improves skin and hair.

Infant massage is a nurturing touch therapy that involves gentle stroking, kneading, and rubbing to provide various benefits for both the baby and the caregiver. This practice fosters bonding, relaxation, and may aid in the baby's development by promoting body awareness and coordination. It can also help alleviate common discomforts such as gas and colic, improve circulation, and contribute to better sleep.

MPS Therapy is the application of the Dolphin Neurostim to therapeutically integrative protocols. MPS applies brief, concentrated DC microcurrent impulses to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. When MPS is applied to pathology influences all three systems — nervous, muscular and endocrine — making MPS therapy effective for treating many chronic and acute soft-tissue pain conditions. Scar Release therapy (SRT) is a technique that involves applying MPS Therapy to each side of visible scars with microcurrent therapy to “repolarize” the local tissue and release fascia and muscles influenced by the scar.

An Elevated Facial Massage Experience. We will thoroughly assess your skin, muscles, and concerns in this treatment. Based on our assessment, this is followed by a cleanse, exfoliation, steam or hot towel, and massage therapy applied to your arms, hands, neck, and face. A face mask or multiple if needed, as well as serums and moisturizers. This allows us to address your structural tightness and skin and tissue concerns. We treat both the interior and exterior of your jaw (if wanted) and all the muscles within your face and scalp, which allow your muscles of mastication and facial expression that are often headache culprits to get a chance to release. This treatment is very beneficial for releasing tension- it's also amazing for relaxation, and a little pick me up, leaving your skin with a fantastic glow.
