**About Kristy**

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2007. Since then, I have completed extensive additional training to continually expand my skills and better support my clients.

My approach to therapeutic treatment focuses on helping clients return to pre-injury function or achieve improved comfort and mobility in daily life. I specialize in releasing fascial restrictions using techniques such as myofascial release and cupping, while also supporting overall relaxation and well-being.

I have recently returned to my maiden name, Kristy Holliday, and my business name will be updated accordingly as part of this transition.

**Cancellation Policy**

A **24-hour cancellation policy** is in place. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full to the credit card on file or invoiced for immediate payment. Thank you for respecting my time, as there is often a waitlist for appointments.

**Waitlist Policy**

A waitlist is available for fully booked days. If you add yourself to the waitlist and are automatically scheduled, it is your responsibility to monitor your email and text notifications. Missed appointments booked through the waitlist are subject to full charges. Thank you for your understanding—I do not have a receptionist.
