Kristyne has been a massage therapist since 2007. She received her training at CDI College in Hamilton, ON and specializes in sports therapy. Kristyne grew up competing in sports and still loves to be active. This is why she enjoys discussing and teaching body mechanics and moving as efficiently as possible through a wide range of movements. Taking a fully holistic approach to treatment, Kristyne keeps in mind her clients’ day-to-day activities, habits, work life, and overall lifestyle when approaching her treatments. Every person is unique and needs their own individual plan.

Osteopathy offers a gentle, full body approach to identifying the origins of your pain and dysfunction. Treatment consists of a variety of approaches including myofascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral technique and visceral manipulation. Your first visit will consist of a full body osteopathic assessment to determine a strategy for treatment along with some treatment provided. Subsequent sessions will consist solely of treatment.
