She finds this approach not only addresses affected tissues and joints but the nervous system as well, encompassing both physical and mental health. She believes this provides the best outcomes for her clients.
Krystal works best with clients who want to improve their mobility, reduce pain and tension from things like injuries (old or new), TMJ disorders, headaches, chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and arthritis, and pre/postnatal changes - or even just to feel better overall.
