Born and raised in Nelson, Krystal has grown up into a community that fosters health, well-being and a love for the great outdoors.
Having past experience as both a registered yoga teacher, personal trainer, she believes in a comprehensive, individualized treatment into the physicality, spirituality and the emotional needs of each patient to achieve balance. Krystal always strives for personal development and embodies that with being a professor at Kootenay Columbia College for the past 8 years. Outside of the clinic, you can find her on mountain trails up to some remote lake or forest, or any other place with fresh air and a view.
