This restorative treatment is designed to calm the nervous system and release deep stress. We combine gentle acupuncture points on the face, wrists, and feet to help reset the body and mind — especially supportive for chronic stress, TMJ tension, jaw clenching, headaches, and emotional overwhelm. Light facial cupping encourages lymphatic drainage and jaw relaxation, and a gentle hand + foot massage further grounds the body. No initial assessment is required

This session integrates Gua Sha, Fire Cupping, and Acupuncture to reduce stagnation, relieve pain, improve circulation, release fascia, and promote overall balance and well-being.

A follow-up session using fine, stainless steel needles on targeted acupuncture points along meridian pathways to support relaxation, improve circulation, release fascia, and promote proper body function for pain, stress, and other conditions.

A follow-up session using fire cupping to create suction on targeted areas, helping release stagnation and heat, improve circulation, and relax tight fascia and muscles.

A follow-up treatment using a gua sha tool to gently scrape along meridians and muscles in a downward, outward motion. This helps reduce stagnation, ease pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation in targeted areas.

This is a comprehensive 90-minute visit for new patients. During this appointment, we will review your past and current health history, discuss any concerns you may have, and work with you to establish your treatment goals. This session helps us gain a clear understanding of your health and allows us to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
