As of April 2019, I completed the 2318-hour intensive massage therapy program with the International Academy of Massage and successfully completed the required licensing exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
For 5 years prior to completing my education I have been a personal trainer working in Orleans. I have worked with a variety of clients from young athletes to seniors looking to improve their quality of life. Throughout my education my experience as personal trainer was a great help with assessment of conditions as well as creating remedial exercise programs for clients to assist them with their rehabilitation.
In my treatments I use a variety of techniques including:
· Swedish massage
· Trigger point release
· Myofascial release
· Joint mobilizations
· PNF stretching
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to gain an understanding of your specific condition and treat it appropriately to restore function, improve mobility and decrease stress or pain.
Outside of work I live an active lifestyle, training for powerlifting, enjoying my time outdoors or expanding my knowledge of all thing’s health/fitness related.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
