Kyle Sutton
SaveKyle is a local New Brunswick guy, originally from the small town of St. George. He moved to Moncton at a young age and grew up there. He graduated a proud HTHS Trojan in 2004. He loved getting involved with any sports he could growing up. He played hockey, football, soccer, rugby, volleyball, golf and is an avid snowboarder. This resulted in some various injuries along the way that exposed him to the world of physiotherapy. After doing a co-op placement during high school at a local physio clinic, he decided that physiotherapy was perfect profession for him.

He continued his schooling at UNB Fredericton, receiving a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Sciences degree, then moved on to graduate from Dalhousie University in 2011 with a Master's of Physiotherapy - Entry Level to Practice. He thoroughly enjoyed school and its many adventures. The biggest one being a 7 week trip to Australia! There he fell in love with surfing, toured all around Sydney, and knocked one thing off his bucket list, getting to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef!
Kyle bought a home in Riverview in 2012 and just loves it here. Funny the small town kid was drawn back to that type of community and that's exactly what Riverview is to him.
He worked at a couple of private clinics and for a 3 year period at Horizon Health in the public sector. He joined the Rehab 1 team in Moncton in October 2016 and within a year has collaborated with John Gonzales and Mike Sansom to open Rehab 1 Performance Center Riverview in October 2017. He is thrilled to be able to live and work in Riverview. He volunteers his time working with Riverview High School Hockey and Football, The Moncton Mustangs and The Moncton Magic. He also enjoys attending any local community and networking events, whether it's trying to win the chilli contest in the Riverview Harvest Festival or meeting new friends at Work of Heart. He still enjoys playing the odd round of golf and senior hockey. He and wife can often be seen walking around their neighbourhood with their young boys, and golden doodle, Lincoln.
Kyle enjoys treating all sorts of physical injuries but his favourite is low back pain. He has taken many different courses to add to his treatment tool box and feels very comfortable with the low back population. Whether it's your back, shoulder, neck, toe etc... Kyle would be glad to help you and get you back to your normal self.

The Physiotherapy Assessment involves a 1-hour one-on-one history and biomechanical evaluation with a Physiotherapist on our Rehab1 Team. This allows us the time to a develop a clear picture of your current condition and help us provide you with the proper physiotherapy treatment plan.
Select this ONLY after you have been assessed by one of our Rehab1 Physiotherapists for the current injury AND will be returning for treatment with that specific Physiotherapist. If you are a previous patient but have not been in our clinic IN OVER 6 MONTHS, a "Physiotherapy Initial Assessment" must be selected.
ONLY select this option if you have already been assessed by a Rehab1 Physiotherapist for the current injury. * This session includes Shockwave therapy in addition to exercises prescription, manual therapy, and other modalities as deemed appropriate by your Physiotherapist.

The Physiotherapy Assessment involves a 1-hour one-on-one history and evaluation with our Physiotherapists, Stephanie Melanson and Kate Tweedie, who has been trained in the area of urinary incontinence. This examination is MANDATORY for all NEW PATIENTS seeking this service here at REHAB1. This allows us the time to a develop a clear picture of your current condition and help us provide you with the proper physiotherapy treatment plan. We are now offering physiotherapy treatment sessions that will be conducted virtually for our clients that are unable to make it into the clinic for any particular reason. Please note that our virtual sessions are done with the help of our Jane online software - you will not be required to download anything. We have made this quite easy for you and hope you enjoy your treatment session!

Our TPI Golf Certified Physiotherapists will assess the biomechanics of your golf swing and identify what physical aspects may be affecting your game. Faulty and limited movement patterns can greatly affect your golf swing, decrease your distance, and also cause pain. They will create an exercise & stretching program customized to you. Then your information will be shared with our Golf Professional, Gerard Aliling, who will conduct a Full swing assessment and develop a swing program to correct the issues and optimize your golf swing.

This appointment should be booked if you are having issues related to balance, dizziness, or other vestibular related conditions.
