Hello - I'm Sunny, Doctor of Acupuncture.
With a deep-rooted passion for Acupuncture and Traditional Asian Medicine, I believe that many modern issues can be effectively treated with ancient solutions. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine have always been a part of my culture and everyday life. I studied and trained at the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I developed a strong foundation in holistic practices, reinforced by hands-on clinical training.
Specializing in Facial Rejuvenation acupuncture techniques, pain management, skin care and diet therapy, I am committed to offering personalized, results-driven care. I have also traveled to China, visiting some of the most renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine universities and hospitals in the country, further expanding my expertise and insight into the full potential of Acupuncture and TCM for treating various conditions.
I plan to further expand my scope of learning by visiting Korea in the future to study techniques such as Korean beauty acupuncture, Sasang constitutional medicine, and Traditional Korean medicine to bring them back to Calgary. With a solid linguistic background, I offer services and consultations in English, Korean, and Japanese, ensuring that each patient's healing journey is as comfortable and accessible as possible.

This 2-part treatment starts with back acupuncture points to remove energy blocks to prepare the body for more profound healing. Followed by body and facial acupuncture points. **Friday Jun 12 7-9pm** Join us for an educational workshop exploring Korean skincare application techniques and the fundamentals of Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. This event features medical-grade Korean skincare products from Volayon and Belinic in collaboration with Acupuncture Collective and Heal Skin Lab. The workshop includes: - Guided educational section on proper skincare application, including recommended layering techniques and order of application - Hands-on “Texture Bar” where guests can experience the texture, finish, and spreadability of the skincare products - Introduction to Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (FRA) and how acupuncture and skincare work together to support overall skin health and treatment outcomes - Introduction of our new treatment menu: Signature K-Beauty Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture + Hydrojelly Mask - Q&A session
50 minutes. This visit is for new or existing patients undergoing embryo transfer or IUI within 48 hours of the appointment date. Studies show acupuncture up to 48 hours before and after these procedures increase odds of successful implantation. Please email us so we can accommodate a pre/post acupuncture session, even if the timing of your procedure is not yet confirmed. We understand the last-minute nature of this process and our team is here to offer flexible, last-minute scheduling for you.
