Lada is a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Czech Republic. She has been accredited by the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since 2015. Lada specializes in a range of therapeutic techniques, including trigger point release, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, Cupping, and Kinesiotape application. She also enjoys and loves delivering relaxation treatments and prenatal massage to help clients unwind and nurture their well-being.
